oh bbyz i must practice MOARRRR. i’ve taken figure drawing classes, but as soon as i’m done with the semester i just go right back to DERPING. x’D i really love your figures, though! they’re so voluptuous and full of life.
thank you thank you thank you <3 voluptuousness is fantastic.
But yeah, staying motivated is the biggest obstacle for 95% of the artists I’ve met so far, including yours truly :c making myself post regularly on tumblr helps to keep me in check and build discipline, it’s the thin wall between productivity and lazy fuckdom
Some days you don’t feel like picking up a pencil at all BUT YA GOTTA DO WHAT YA GOTTA DO. Good thing it’s instantly rewarding, contrary to popular belief!
kjsadhfksad your figures are so PERFECT. and you do such dynamic poses ;A; are you on a professional level, or have you taken figure drawing classes before ashlkfdjfhlds
AUH, S-S-STOP IT
I don’t think I am in any way on a professional level (although living off art is my goal in life and I do want to get into art school), but I have taken a few intermittent comic-makin’ classes and those helped. A LOT.
After you grasp the theory, it’s kind of entirely up to you… using the people around you as models and building up an archive of pictures you like for reference and such~
